I'm eating raspberries right now and I just realized that they have more hair than I do. This greatly upsets me. I like putting them on my fingers to make puppets and watching them fight to the death. Then I bite their heads off.
I go in to the hospital tomorrow at the top of the sixth. Baldini-5. Lym Hodkin-0. This inning is looking pretty ugly; the lineup is Vincristine, Adriamycin, Zinecard, and Cytoxan.
Who would have ever thought that four weeks from now, in all likelihood I will be crossing the threshold from patient to survivor. (And the crowd goes WILD!) I believe it’s only a matter of time…
best of luck darling. i love you!!!

Hi Gabi,
ReplyDeleteIt's good to see you are posting again! Congrats on your LAST treatment - I know how good that feels! I had Adriamycin and Cytoxan also and one doctor told me that they call Adriamycin the "red death". How lovely!
Stay strong - I know you will win!
My money's on Baldini all the way for a brilliant victory in the 6th inning!! Keep your eye on the ball.
ReplyDeleteMuch love to you, Gabi.
the bookmakers in Vegas won't take any action...they realize you can daze but you can't knock down a champ....good luck

Hi Gaby: I am so glad that I was able to make it to your presentation to the 1st period 8th graders yesterday. Your presentation was terrific, well organized, light (for such a heavy topic) and extremely informative. I think is is so important for people who are dealing with things to do the best they can to help others to understand what is going on for them. You did just that. It makes me happy to see you doing so well. Happy New Year, I hope 2010 is perfect for you. Marla Templer
